Southwest Soccer, in partnership with Momentum Sports, is pleased to announce our very own Grassroots Indoor League! The Southwest District Indoor Soccer League!
By supporting the league from the beginning, you'll help create competitive, development-focused experiences for players while laying the groundwork for a sustainable and thriving indoor soccer league for years to come.

When: Kicks-Off November 2026
Where: Notre Dame Stadium - 20 Woolner Trail, Kitchener
Facility details: Dome encompassing four mini fields with dividers
Age Groups: U8 through U13 Boys and girls - Canada Soccer Grassroots Standards compliant (5v5, 7v7, 9v9)
Playing Days: Weekends (Primarily Saturdays, potential for Sundays depending on registration #'s)
Scheduling for U8-U11: 5v5 and 7v7 will operate every other weekend; two matches per competition day (18 matches over 9 competition days); 5v5 - 2 x 20min halves, 7v7 – 2 x 25min halves
Scheduling for U12-U13: 9v9 will operate weekly in a single match format. 18 matches; 2 x 35min halves;
9v9 matches will be recorded and published by the league
Rules and Regulations: A final set of rules and regulations are being developed and will be released as soon as possible
