2026 Registration Forms and Deadlines

Registration now OPEN for Clubs to register their teams.

Grassroots Team Registration Form (U8 to U13)

Youth/Senior Team Registration Form (U14 to U21)

Note: The deadline to submit these forms is Feb 1^st, 2026.

Registration Fees: 

Club Bond: Organizations without a bond currently on file with the league, bonds are due with the registration fees.  The amount is $300.00.

Note: The deadline to submit the registration fees/bond is Feb 28th , 2026. You will be invoiced after the registration deadline.

Cheques are to be made payable to SWRSA or e-transfer (preferred method) to generalmanager@swrsa.ca.
